Its 10 am. I've been up since 8, which is pretty damn early for me. I thought i would get up and get a ton of shit done, but so far all i have done is play with the dogs, talk to the cats and drink coffee. Hooray for me. I'm going to call some notaries in a minute and see about getting my translated birth certificate notarized. I think that's the only thing I can do right now to make myself feel productive. I dunno.
I'm meeting a lot of people through the assistants in france website, including two people on the same flight as me. One of them lives like m10 minutes away from me so we're going to try and meet on wednesday. We may try to get a hostel together in Paris...it will be such a relief to have someone with me. Travelling alone is fun sometimes but when I was in Israel, I was confused and lonely way to much for my liking.
I'm new to this blogger format and I really need to figure it out because right now it has no personality and that needs to change or I will get annoyed and abandon it!

Check 12345667788888. OK yeah. I don't really have anyting to say just yet. Its kind of astonishing how unexciting all these major things going on can be. People are so impressed when you tell them you're going to France to live and teachbut goddamn so far its just been a scary little headache turning into a panic right at the bottom of my stomach. Blah blah blah. So far i've done just about nothing to get ready besides make mix cds and buy new jeans. I cannot wait to quit applebees though. Its has given me THE worst taste of what I could be doing with my life.
Ok. that's the end for now. I have to go pee and think about cajun food.
